MONITORING AND STUDIES
Strategic, competitive or environmental, monitoring could be applied to one or several actors and followed by regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly) contingent on needs. It could be completed with analysises, commentaries and counsellings and with information warning plans.
Studies allow to define companies profiles as part of partnership, joint-venture, merging or sub-contracting projects with a study on structural, financial, commercial and management aspects. Strategic studies could also be performed on market researches or areas labour market or counterfeit fight.
In partnership with an European lobbying office, SFERES is able to propose institutional monitoring, European and national lobbying and communication capabilities.
